For all custom fine linen orders we recommend that you first contact us in order for an experienced staff member to discuss all the details of a custom order with you. We will need to confirm bedding sizes and measurements and the specific choices for each luxury bedding or custom linen item in the ensemble.
After your initial contact we will send swatch samples of our designer linens if so needed. These samples will allow you to examine the colors of the custom linens in the lighting of your home while getting a good sense of the quality and feel of the fabric. All samples may be returned in their original package within 30 days for a full refund.
Please allow 5-10 weeks for all made-to-order items or custom luxury bedding. As custom items are made to order all sales are final.
Cancellations: Since our luxury custom bedding is made-to-order, a cancellation means items cannot be returned or exchanged and payment is non-refundable.
